Synopsis: Monsoon trough affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.
 
Forecast: Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over the western section of Southern Luzon and Eastern Visayas which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Southwest to South will prevail over Luzon and coming from the Southwest over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
